How to Pay

Thank you for being a Balance health plan member. We know how important it is for you and your family to be secure in the knowledge that you are covered by a quality health plan. Whether you joined us through Covered California, an agent, or directly from one of our representatives, you are in good hands.

All payments related to Chinese Hospital should be made directly with Chinese Hospital.

 Pay online with your Credit Card or Debit Card

Access either our online payment portal, or go through our Member Portal.  If this is your first visit, please create a user account.

Set up Automatic Bank Withdrawal Payment (by fax or mail)

To have monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account:

1. Download & Fill Out the Auto-Pay Authorization Form
2. Obtain a voided check. If you need help, please contact your banking institution.
3. Mail or fax your completed form and your voided check to:
