How to Pay

Thank you for being a Balance health plan member. We know how important it is for you and your family to be secure in the knowledge that you are covered by a quality health plan. Whether you joined us through Covered California, an agent, or directly from one of our representatives, you are in good hands.

For your convenience, Balance offers five ways to pay your bill:

Pay online with Credit Card and Debit Card

Now an easier way to pay online. You can also do this through our Member Portal by creating a user account.

For Balance payments only. All payments related to Chinese Hospital should be made directly to Chinese Hospital.

Set up Automatic Bank Withdrawal Payment (by fax or mail)

To have monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account:

First, Download & Fill Out the Commercial Plans Auto-Pay Authorization Form for individual, family and employer group members.

Then, obtain a voided check. If you need help, please contact your banking institution.

Finally, either fax or mail your completed form and your voided check.
