Already an Amazon One Medical Member? Switch to Your CCHP-Sponsored Membership

If you already have an Amazon One Medical membership, you can easily transition your account to a CCHP-sponsored membership and continue using Amazon One Medical without interruption.

If You Currently Pay for Your Own Amazon One Medical Membership

You can convert your existing membership to a CCHP-sponsored membership and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership fee.

To switch your membership:

  1. Sign in to your Amazon One Medical account.
  2. Go to Membership Settings.
  3. Under Membership & Billing, select Update Sponsored Membership.
  4. Enter the CCHP-sponsored membership information as instructed, starting with the email address associated with CCHP.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update. If you are prompted for an activation code, please reach out to CCHP to obtain the code.

Once your sponsored membership is activated, Amazon One Medical will process a prorated refund for any eligible membership fees you have already paid.

If Your Current Membership Is Sponsored by Another Employer

If your Amazon One Medical membership is currently sponsored through a previous employer or another organization, you can also transfer your sponsorship to CCHP.

Follow the same steps above to update your sponsored membership information and switch your account to the CCHP-sponsored membership.
