If you are younger than 65 years old and do not receive coverage from your employer, your Open Enrollment Period (OEP) is between December 1st and January 31st.

How the Open Enrollment Calendar Works
If You Enroll Between November 1st – 30th
Then Coverage Starts December 1st
If You Enroll Between December 1st – 31st
Then Coverage Starts January 1st
If You Enroll Between January 1st – 31st
Then Coverage Starts February 1st
