Finding In-Network Providers and Their Qualifications

To find doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals in our network, you can use our online Provider Directory. The directory allows you to search for in-network providers by name, location, specialty, or facility. For each provider, you can view important details such as their name, office address, and telephone number, as well as professional qualifications. These include the provider’s medical specialty, medical school attended, residency completion, and board certification status, when available. This information is provided to help you choose a provider who best meets your healthcare needs.

Public Resources to Verify Provider Qualifications

In addition to using our Provider Directory, members may choose to verify a healthcare provider’s professional qualifications through publicly available and credible resources. These official databases are maintained by government agencies or recognized organizations and provide up-to-date information about a provider’s license status, credentials, and professional background. Using these resources can help members make informed decisions about their healthcare.
