Who is CCHP
CCHP is a full-service health plan licensed with the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) to offer commercial health plans and maintain a contract with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to offer Medicare Advantage plans. CCHP competes directly with major health insurance companies by offering quality, right-sized alternatives for health care coverage.
CCHP & Balance
CCHP, the brand, represents its corporate identity as well as the Medicare Advantage line of business. Balance (by CCHP) is a sub-brand that represents its commercial lines of business including Individual & Family plans on and off Covered CA health insurance exchange, as well as plans for employer groups of all sizes large and small.

For maximum visibility and legibility in all communications, please ensure sufficient clear-space surrounding the logo at a minimum, there should be at least one x-height around the entire logo.
CCHP serves a wide variety of communities. The language-ethnic-appropriate logo should be used when appropriate.

Helvetica Neue is our primary typeface. For Chinese documents, apply the same rules with 華康細圓體 & 華康粗圓體: Regular to 華康細圓體, Bold to 華康粗圓體.

Medicare Plans: Photos depicting surroundings or interactions in close-ups could be used as supportive visual elements to better portray our prospect’s ideal moment or as backgrounds. Photos should be simple and related to our Medicare demographics.
Individual & Family Plans: Select images that represent the joyful moments of our members with their loved ones. They should be relatable and clear. Avoid using images that are staged and have ambiguous interactions.
Employer Group Plans: Use images of working employee(s). They should be current and relevant. Use images that portray positive emotion and capture the action clearly.
