Did you know? Started on January 1, 2024, all members of commercial health plans including Balance by CCHP are able to get FDA-approved Over-The-Counter (OTC) contraceptives covered at in-network pharmacies with no cost and no restrictions. You can walk into the pharmacy without a prescription and ask for these products to be covered. Examples of OTC contraceptives include, but are not limited to, Opill® and levonorgestrel tablets. Please call your local pharmacy to check availability. It is also important that you follow up with your doctor for preventive care and screening.
